IT Infrastructure & Operations Head

1. Infrastructure Strategy & Roadmap: Infrastructure roadmap, lifecycle plans, modernization initiatives.
2. Service Desk & Field Service Governance: SLA reports, user satisfaction metrics, ticket resolution dashboards;
3. Cloud & Datacenter Operations: Cloud optimization reports, backup & DR readiness reports;
4. Network & Connectivity Management: Network performance reports, segmentation compliance;
5. Budget Planning & Cost Optimization: Annual infrastructure budget, cost‑benefit analysis;
6. Vendor & Contract Management: Vendor SLAs, performance reviews;
7. Collaboration with Security & Applications: Secure architecture validation, integration support;
8. Team Leadership & Capability Development: Succession plans, training programs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer, Engineering, Mathematics or Information Systems Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics or AI;
Microsoft Azure certifications;
10 years of experience in Infrastructure & Operations;
5 years of experience in Leadership roles managing Data Teams;
Proven experience building Data Lakes / Lakehouse architectures;
Experience in Data Governance frameworks and Master Data Management;
Experience with BI ecosystems (Power BI preferred);
Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle and operationalization;
Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing environments preferred;
Hybrid cloud, network segmentation, ITIL v4, SLA governance, DR/BCP;
Leadership;
Vendor Governance;
Service Management;
Financial Acumen.
