Main Job Functions
• Relations between management with both internal and external clients of the company.
• Manage sales and revenue targets for all the Pool.
• Prepare and manage budgets for all Commercial activities in the Pool.
• Prepare and execute the Marketing plan in the Pool according to the Company Marketing Strategy.
• To acquire all high users as Vodacom post-paid or prepaid clients.
• To work closely with SuperDealers in establishing a good distribution infrastructure and achieve the target of voucher availability.
• Monitor and report on the competition activities
• To ensure that all SuperDealers outlets staff working in all point of sales located in all the Pool are correctly trained about Vodacom prices, Vodacom products, Vodacom services, Vodacom network, Vodacom coverage, Vodacom promotions and others
• Manage all field activities and agents to meet the Sub Pool target.
• Monthly reporting.
• Ensure proper positioning of Vodacom’s products in the trade.
• To assist the Super Dealers operating in the Pool to implement the Business Plan.
• Responsible for security and loss control.
• Responsible for ensuring satisfactory service to Corporate Customers.
• Human Resource and administration Management
• Ensure the Vendors strategy is correctly implemented by all Vodashop Supervisors in the Pool (Management, Performance and Payment)
